Last workout plan of the year—this season has flown by! This will be an easy week, focused on allowing you to have your best performances of the season at our remaining meets.

Practice at RGC

4 x Mini hurdles

Middle school: 200 repeats

High school: 20 minutes, plus 5 strides

Wednesday

Middle school: 20-25 minutes continuous run

High school: Meet at Maryland School for the Deaf

Thursday

Practice at RGC

Mini hurdles

20 minutes, plus 5 strides

Relay handoff exchanges

Friday

20 minutes, plus 5 strides

Saturday

Afternoon meet in Leesburg, hosted by St. Sebastian
